Upon receipt of your order, ACWA will issue you with an email notification shortly afterwards listing the items ordered, the total product plus any shipping charges, delivery address, estimated shipping times and shipping carrier if applicable. All orders placed within Australia are subject to the Australian Goods and Services Tax. All Australian prices are GST inclusive.

If within 30 days you are unhappy with any purchase made from ACWA's online shop, we will happily refund the full purchase price, less shipping, when you return it to us.
The Aquaculture Council is based in Perth, Western Australia and operates within the normal laws of commerce under Australian business law. The normal laws of international commerce apply to international transactions. Any disputes will be held under Western Australian Law in a Western Australian Court of Law.
