The Aquaculture Council of Western Australia (ACWA) is the State’s peak aquaculture representative industry body and is incorporated under the Associations Incorporation Act 2015. ACWA is governed by this legislation, its Constitution and by-laws.
ACWA’s membership includes growers of a range of species including (but not limited to) abalone, bivalve shellfish, coral and live rock, marine and freshwater finfish, marron, prawns, yabbies, and seaweed and marine algae. Our membership spans the Kimberley to Esperance and includes both marine and land-based aquaculture operators.
